Yesterday we went to Children’s Garden at Gardens by the Bay.
We took the bus to Holland Village, and then MRT all the way to Bayfront. It took us around 40 minutes and we had to change train a few times, but Carla and Renan really enjoyed the journey.
Since it was almost midday when we got to Bayfront, we went to have lunch first at the really posh mall in Marina Bay Sands, The Shoppes.
We were so excited when last year we found out that an outdoor playground, said to be the largest in Singapore, was being built in Westgate, a new mall in Jurong East.
It opened in February this year, but we were on holiday in Indonesia. Now we are back in Singapore, and yesterday Carla, Renan and Mamae finally went there.
There are a lot of free playgrounds in Singapore. The free outdoor playground in VivoCity is one of the most popular.
The playground is located on the second floor of the mall. It’s quite big.
There are slides, climbing structures and a lot of other things to keep the kids busy and happy!
